I'm Eunice, a designer based in San Diego who strives to design meaningful experiences that shape how we interact with technology.
When I'm not designing, you’ll find me playing RPGs, drinking lots of boba, making content, petting dogs, and modding keyboards. ☺

Hi, I’m Eunice!
/yoo - niss/
I love creating cool things and solving complex problems. Oh, and I love to build keyboards & drink lots of matcha.
My 9 - 5
I was recently a Product Designer at Sharp HealthCare. I have 6 years of experience designing for med tech and healthcare products.
My 5 - 9
I’m probably building my next keyboard, sewing, playing video games, or filming love stories.
My superpowers

Clarity from complexity
I simplify complex workflows into intuitive, streamlined experiences.

Design 🤝 dev
My technical knowledge (and Figma mastery) ensures designs are practical, polished, and implementation-ready.

Adaptive designer
I thrive as a design “unicorn,” moving fluidly between all things design and front-end work. I adapt quickly and bring ideas to life across disciplines.

Bridge builder
I collaborate seamlessly across design, product, development, content, and other stakeholders, aligning teams around shared solutions.
What's it like working with me?
Eunice is a creative and empathetic problem-solver, a dynamic thought partner, and would be an asset to any design team.
Eunice hit the ground running at BD - quickly absorbing the needs of our user base as well the engineering, regulatory, and R&D teams we work in tandem with. She has supported every step in bringing concepts to life - from UX research and journey mapping, to wireframing, UI refinement, and prototyping.
As a collaborator, she is supportive and diligent - challenging assumptions in support of a truly intuitive user experience.
Eunice doesn’t shy away from taking on a new challenge. Whether it’s jumping in to tackle a brand new problem set, or learning a new software tool, she enthusiastically builds on her already diverse design toolkit.

My design journey started from the Xanga and Tumblr fandom days (ah yes, what an era). 12-year-old me was always awestruck at the blogs I found and how they always had fancy, flashy designs and fake pixel snowflakes floating around the screen (if you know, you know). Naturally, I discovered HTML, CSS, and the magical world of Photoshop. I found so many great communities on these platforms and decided to learn these skills myself!
I've always been fascinated with the idea of design and technology as one, but growing up, I never knew if there was an actual term for it or if I was just weird.
I frequently questioned how things around me are the way they are. For example, I'd look at car dashboards and airport monitors and think to myself, "Who designs these? How do they know that it works? How can I make it better?" It wasn't until college that I discovered the term "user experience design".
I've always empathized with users who became frustrated at unintuitive experiences like I did, and I've always wanted to help bridge the gap between technology and our everyday lives.
I'm a restless learner, always looking to expand my skillset and becoming a stronger designer. If you want to learn more or just chat about your own personal journey (I love hearing about other people's stories), let's chat!
